VALENTINE’S DAY MENU 3-course meal. $75 per person. First Course – Choice of One Cheese Stuffed Meatballs – Juicy meatballs filled with cheese and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano. Toasted Ravioli – Crispy ravioli served with Johnny’s signature marinara. Crispy Chicken Bites – Tender chicken tossed in Asian sauce with peppers and onions. Tuna Tostada – Seared tuna on crunchy tostada with avocado, jalapeño, ginger aioli, and sesame. Classic Caesar Salad – Crisp romaine with parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Crusted Goat Cheese Salad – Mixed greens topped with warm crusted goat cheese and vinaigrette. Second Course – Choice of One Char-Broiled Ribeye – Perfectly marbled steak for peak flavor. Served with jumbo asparagus, scalloped potatoes and red wine demi-glace (14 ounces). Pan Seared Salmon – Salmon filet with roasted tomato sauce, creamy risotto and shaved parmesan (8 ounces). Chicken Parmigiana – Chicken cutlets breaded in herbed focaccia crumbs, topped with marinara and fresh mozzarella cheese. Served with Cajun-spiced rigatoni and basil oil. Cajun Rigatoni Pasta – Rigatoni tossed in Cajun sauce with garlic-sautéed broccolini. Midwest’s Best Filet Mignon, $25 Upcharge – Our most tender cut of lean, midwestern beef. Served with jumbo asparagus, scalloped potatoes and red wine demi-glace (10 ounces). Third Course – Choice of One Panna Cotta – Silky panna cotta with berry coulis and fresh berries. Chocolate Lava Cake – Warm lava cake with cinnamon brown sugar ice cream and fresh berries.
