Established in 2013 in Pearland, Killen’s BBQ is a Texas barbecue destination led by pitmaster and Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, Ronnie Killen that blends bold smoked meats with creative features and sides. On the menu you’ll find all the barbecue staples — brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, sausage, turkey, and pork belly burnt ends — available by the pound or as meat-plate combos with sides. Beyond straight barbecue, they also feature “specials” like chicken fried steak, fried chicken plates, BBQ tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, brisket queso, and loaded nachos. Sides lean classic but well done: think creamy mac & cheese, potato salad, baked beans, collard greens, and more. For dessert, options include banana pudding, pecan pie, bread pudding, and cheesecake. The Shenandoah location carries on Killen’s reputation for high standards and inventive touches. Killen's BBQ in Shenandoah is also the 2nd outpost for Chef Killen's barbecue concept and adds to our city's BBQ offerings.
